Shipping

Where do you ship to?

Right now, we only ship domestically. (US)

How long does shipping take?

Orders will be shipped within three business days.

How do I track my order?

You will receive a tracking number when your shipping label has been created.

Can I pick up my order?

We do offer local pickup. If you are a local pickup, you have seven calendar days after you receive a pick up e-mail to pick up your order. If you do not pick up your order within seven calendar days, you will be sent an e-mail with shipping charges. If you do not reply to the e-mail or pay shipping charges after two days, your order will be cancelled.

What if an item arrives damaged?

If an item has been damaged upon shipment, please email rusticoak1111@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving the item from Rustic Oak with the following information. 

Without this info you are not eligible for a replacement.

  • Send an email to rusticoak1111@gmail.com with your order number.
  • Please attach a photo of the damaged item, label on box AND CONDITION OF PACKAGING.
  • We are happy to replace the item if in stock, exchange for item of equal value or refund for item amount.

Returns

How do I return an item?

Items cannot be returned unless they are unworn with tags.

How long does it take to process my return?

Returns will be processed withing 7-10 business days.

Can I exchange for a different item?

We do not offer exchanges, but you are welcome to return the item and place a new order.
